I miss it here so much. I came by recommendation of a fellow traveler who I met inside of the castle, it was a great recommendation and I purchased a pair of Rick owens boots, had so many laughs with my friend, and was so pleased that there was a store with certain items I was into. Petra in Kids & Toys is officially the most delightful, patient and wonderful lady. After the kids tried about 100 pairs of trainers we ended up with the first pair… she took it all in her stride, giving great advice and with lots of humour made it an absolute joy shopping at Oberpollinger. Five star service 💛

This is the review of food court on the top floor: the cakes were okay. The hot water for tea was not hot, it was lukewarm!! And toilets were in very bad shape and not clean at all. If that is the state of toilets, I have a feeling that food will be prepared with a similar standard! :))
