Having practiced yoga several times in Europe and a little in India, I think I've found one of the best yoga centers that reminds me of my classes in India. Nes's classes are incredible, and I always finish the class feeling fitter and more relaxed. In addition to that, Nes is very kind and her attention to each of her students keep me coming back. As I live in Munich, I don't hesitate to travel a little to attend her classes, as I haven't yet found an equivalent near me. The center is easy to reach by S Bahn and she’s also doing some online classes as well if needed. I highly recommend it, and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Nes for all her hard work and friendliness!

I am retired and started online yoga with Nes in early 2023. Online because I look after my 90 year old mother at home. Yoga courses suitable for me are offered daily. This gives me maximum flexibility. I am now seeing clear success and the course instructors have also confirmed this to me. I really appreciate the work of Nes and her team and her various special offers. So please check her homepage regularly.

I had the most incredible experiences at Nirantara Studio! The yoga classes, led by the brilliant and authentic Nesara, a teacher from India, were transformative. Her unique, authentic yoga style makes each practice truly a blessing. I felt like I was in the best hands. My Ayurvedic experience at Nirantara with Anoosha was equally exceptional. This wonderful Ayurveda doctor, certified and remarkably skilled, provided an insightful consultation. You will benefit from her warmth and expertise. I am glad writing a review about this Holistic Center, Nirantara. I would very much like to recommend this place for people who want to heal inside out , also to healthy people who want to maintain health and good lifestyle and for people who want to indulge in and experience goodness of authentic Ayurveda process. I am extremely pleased to have know this holistic centre for Ayurveda and yoga. Their customer service is consistently outstanding and they have such peaceful and positive atmosphere to indulge in Ayurveda consultation, therapy and yoga. The ambiance is maintained in such a way that as soon as you are there you feel very comfortable filled with calmness. Every person is approached with great care and professionalism. The communication is simple and easy to understand. In my personal experience, I am very happy with the Ayurveda consultation and treatment provided by Dr. Anoosha.N.Shastry as it is showing many positive results. She is very knowledgeable and kind person.
