Its Google rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 77 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect before you commit to a visit.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

A week ago I finished the second of two trips to England and back, each one a month apart with an ID Buzz Cargo rented from NextMove (same model but different vehicles). The inclusive 1400km was not enough for the return trip so I had to book the extra 2000km in addition to Windscreen and second driver options. Then there was the Ausland Agreement and my personal ADAC Plus to cover France and UK breakdown. All in all not the cheapest way to move boxes but a fair price for the experience to drive the Buzz. I found the personnel kind, efficient, knowledgeable and very fair with their assessment on return condition of the vehicles. If I needed to do this again then I would certainly use NextMove and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I experienced a shocking and unacceptable incident. Not only was I subjected to an attempt at extortion, but there were also unauthorized charges attempted on my credit card without my consent. It's deeply concerning that such unethical behavior is taking place within this establishment. Attempting to extort money and deducting unauthorized charges from customers is not only unacceptable but also illegal. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this establishment to avoid falling victim to similar mistreatment. I demand an explanation and a full refund for any unauthorized charges immediately.

Have been renting cars here every now and then and am very happy with the service. Communication works perfectly, you know beforehand how many free kilometres are included and how much every additional km costs. No surprises here. Nearby is a train station so it's convenient getting to the pick-up location. If you want to try driving an EV for more than a few hours and want to enjoy the experience, I would recommend Nextmove

The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cars are nice and new. But a few problems. The cars are already pretty expensive. In the contract it states the price for small damages. When I picked up a car, it had a dozen or so small damages that they noted. I turned it back in and it had a small nick that probably happened when someone was parking near me. They charged me 300 euros. That was in the contract, so fine. However, the problem is that they are clearly not using this money to repair the damage. So they are just using it to get more rent money. I have rented from many normal rental places in Munich, and they never charge for such small damage. So don't think it is a normal car rental place. And be prepared to pay more than what they quote you.

I rented a vehicle for one month at 1000 euros. I finally paid twice that price for minor damages and extra kilometers (the "surprise" when you come home, very much disappointing).. At that rate it is cheaper to lease a car for one year. In final, it is a good idea, but absolutely not worth the price. Other than that, they have a good range of cars and it is worth exploring the different options.
