I used to really like this place but they changed things drastically last time i was there which was about a week ago. The ambience changed, it is now more modern but not in a good way, more in a cheap way. I am giving such a low score not because everything tasted bad but because the raw tuna was the worst tuna ive had. it was weirdly see-through and had us seriously question if it was fake tuna. the salmon salad had pickles in it and a spicy mango sauce, which I think should have been mentioned in the menu because there are a lot of people disliking this type of sweet fruity and spicy sauce including me. The score is especially so low because the menu was not intuitive to navigate through, sadly too little information on the products. the salmon rolls were served in a fancy matter but that was just to cover up for the fact that there was so little salmon in it which was quite disappointing. You are basically paying the same price here as you would for Ginza (which is imo one of the more expensive all you can eats but its worth it) but instead of the quality you get at ginza, you get to choose between salmon and possibly fake, see-through tuna. The food was great (except for the jello in the salad bar), there is a limit to how much you can order at once with a 10 minute cooldown and the portion sizes are quite small. Despite this we left feeling full and satisfied. Blue bubblegum icecream is my beloved (dont tell my wife ;)) and the nigiri salmon was delightful i wish i had room for more
