Hier gibt es viel zu viel Personal, wenn ich meine Frau richtig verstanden habe, die hier drei Tage sein durfte. Das viele Personal führt aber nicht dazu, das die Patienten besonders gut behandelt werden, sondern es wurde ein bürokratisches Monster erschaffen. In dem Haus gibt es die LMU Klinik und die München Klinik. Zwischen beiden gibt es ein richtiges Bürokratie-Ping-Pong, das die Patienten ausbaden müssen, so dass z. B. innerhalb desselben Hauses Überweisungsscheine benötigt werden. Meine Frau musste allein durch fünf verschiedene Büros, um dann endlich Ihren allergologischen Test machen zu dürfen. Und obwohl vier Krankenschwestern für dreißig bis vierzig Patienten zuständig sind, können sie nicht einmal einfachste Bedürfnisse wie die Abhilfe bei Verstopfung befriedigen. Ich musste meiner Frau zwei Klistiere von zu Hause mitbringen. Hier ist wirklich massiv Potential, um Kosten einzusparen und Personal abzubauen und es dort einzusetzen, wo es wirklich gebraucht wird. Und das restliche Personal sollte dann wirklich darauf trainiert werden, die elementarsten Bedürfnisse der Patienten zu erfüllen. I was on the emergency room on a Sunday morning and everything went very well. Everyone was friendly (receptionist, nurses and doctor). The doctor took the time to examine me and hear everything I had to say. I recommend to go very early, I was there at 7:20 and the first appointment is 8:30, so I was the first one.

All the best wishes to everybody who took care of me this week. Highly professional but also very sweet and personal, humorous, relaxed and caring in the moments when a patient needs it. I came in with a horrible virus and left the house with nothing but a scratch. Thank you Munich Klinik Thalkirchner Straße Station 7!

Yesterday I called the clinic and I asked for someone who spoke English (I am from Spain and I have recently moved to Germany, so it is still difficult for me to communicate in Deutsch). The woman who answered the phone said that she did not and finished the call instead of looking for someone who did it. Today I drove 1h from home to the clinic and when I asked the receptionist if she spoke English again she answered so impolite in Deutsch that I must speak Deutsch. I showed her my german health card and said I had to left and come tomorrow in the morning without knowing the cause of my visit. I would not recommend this hospital.
