Müller ist für mich der Allrounder in der Innenstadt – egal ob Schreibwaren, Drogerieartikel oder eine neue DVD, die Auswahl ist riesig und die Preise sind top.

The check out service is unpleasant. I'm not sure if the staff even speaks german let alone english. They just stare at foreign customers. Also, I noticed some of the racks being empty or half empty. You have to look around for the prices. It is a mess. Good thing is they in general offer a variety of items for household, school etc.

I had a very disappointing experience at Müller. I had ordered a product, but when I went to pick it up, I was mistakenly given a different one. When I approached an employee to clarify the issue, instead of helping me, I was told to go ask for the help with someone else. On Müller’s own website, the exact product I had ordered was clearly listed and even available for delivery to the store. However, instead of admitting the mistake, another employee started arguing with me, insisting that the item I was given was the same. Even though I could clearly see two different article numbers. Rather than resolving the situation in a professional way, the employee abruptly rushed to the cashier and told him, “Give him his money back.” This dismissive and rude behavior left me shocked. It was, without doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Usually I don't do this, I am always happy to give five stars for the efforts and good intentions, but store management really have to pay attention to who they hire. Mr. Dikic, the seller, was extremely uninterested in helping, despite my friendly approach and attempts to communicate in the native language of the Balkan people, Dikic was exceptionally impolite, using the excuse that I need to learn the German language, that I of course speak. Very unprofessional approach, embarrassing for other employees and the entire franchise. I understand the fact that there is a shortage of staff, but someone who procrastinates and insults customers is not a positive option. One star is to draw attention; the store itself is excellent. I'm sorry.

I love Müller because it has a good choice of different goods such as cosmetics, perfumes, toys, office supplies, but also some of food like chips, sweets, etc. Cheap and more expensive brands available.
