Lange nach einem guten Yoga-Lehrer gesucht – und endlich gefunden! Cedrics Einheiten sind genau die Mischung, die ich mir für eine gute Yoga-Praxis wünsche: herausfordernd und gleichzeitig entspannt, mit einer wunderbaren Leichtigkeit und einem kleinen Hauch Humor, der nie fehlt. Die Stunden haben ein Wohnzimmer-Flair, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben.

Ich habe an einem Breathwork-Workshop mit Cedric teilgenommen und bin absolut begeistert. Cedric hat mit viel Klarheit und Einfühlungsvermögen in verschiedene Atemtechniken eingeführt und durch praktische Übungen alles wunderbar greifbar gemacht. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr gut abgeholt, sicher und behütet gefühlt. Dabei habe ich nicht nur viel über das Atmen gelernt, sondern auch einiges über mich selbst entdeckt. Es war ein rundum stimmiger Workshop, der mir neue Perspektiven eröffnet und Lust auf mehr gemacht hat. Absolute Empfehlung!

Cédric ist ein sehr erfahrener Lehrer und freundlicher Mensch, der seine Stunden perfekt gestaltet. Sie sind inspirierend, fordernd und auch witzig. Es gibt nur wenige so gute Yogastunden in München, die auch langfristigen Schülern immer was Neues bieten und die Motivation aufrechterhalten. Anfänger werden ebenfalls hervorragend betreut. Bei Cédric lernt man nicht nur Asanas, sondern auch Atemübungen und Meditation – und das in kurzer Zeit. Kann nur weiterempfehlen!

Cédrics Yoga Stunden sind immer sehr abwechslungsreich, ich hatte in 1 1/2 Jahren noch nie den selben Flow, das macht unglaublichen Spaß. Es ist für jedes Level eine Klasse dabei um sich richtig zu fordern und zu wachsen. Cédric ist sehr präsent zur achtet bei jedem auf korrekte Ausführung.

Das Yoga Retreat mit Cedric war ein von und mit ihm wundervoll gestalteter Ort. Er hat mir die Möglichkeit gegeben mich dort einzufinden und tief einzutauchen. Ich kann nur sagen: immer wieder gerne!
