Great place for furniture and is relatively easy to get to from the autobahn and has sufficient parking at the rear of the shop. The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely go there again to purchase furniture.

Mainly wood and rustic furniture and household items. Clever solutions and reasonable prices. The child bunk beds are sturdy, best I have seen at the €600 mark for solid wood. Nice bits of kitchenware, clay pots and the largest range of woven baskets I have seen in this country.

Good support staff. This place has a good collection of all that one needs in terms of furniture. There is parking place on the premise. The staff are helpful, what impressed me most was when I was there for picking up a mattress. The staff there recommended the appropriate hardness level of the mattress and since they did not have it available for delivery within a week, took the effort to recommend me to a place that would. I was very impressed by this altruistic and a truly customer oriented attitude rather than trying to make a quick buck and sell me an alternative mattress. I have decided to pick my furniture from this place in future, due to the genuine customer friendly nature of the staff here. Highly Recommended

The furniture is fine but the costumer service is terrible. We went there and the personal was really unpolite. It looked as if they didn't want to sell anything, they only accept EC-karte and everybody working there was really rude to us. The biggest disappointment was after we bought what we wanted, half of the screw were too long and didn't match, we ended up having to buy an appropriate set of screws in order to assemble it.

We were there yesterday. The things are gorgeous, pricy, but really beatifully done. Therefore the two stars, because our experience was everything but nice. The only seller that took any interest on us was really impatient and made as feel as if we didn't know what we wanted or even didn't know what was the better option for us (by discussing why we preferred one headboard over the other). Nevertheless, we were ready to make a big buy.... Until the guy made some remark that we were raising our son wrong (toddler, 2,5 years old). After that we left the store. I really hope that Möbelum either changes its selling team in Munich or open an online store any time soon. I do not care for the long waiting times for the delivery, buy I do care when a stranger starts nosing in my private life.
