München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

If you're looking for boring furniture like your parents bought from one of those big box stores - don't come here! If you're looking for comfortable, functional and lively furniture that has character and expresses your personality - then this Bretz store is the place for you 😁 Herbert and Niklas are anomalies when it comes to the type of customer service and experience I generally find in Munich and Germany. They are friendly, welcoming, flexible and extremely knowledgable about their products. I especially liked that they gave me good advice and I never felt pressured to buy anything - I looked for a sofa for over a year before discovering this gem of a place. I visited several times - sat on everything, asked lots of questions, changed my mind several times, and they never missed a beat! I'm extremely happy with the sofa and carpet I bought from them and receive compliments from anyone who visits my home ☺️ So if you're looking for an extraordinary shopping experience, and to bring comfort, style and color into your home - look no further!
