I came across a car that caught my interest at Mercedes-Benz Niederlassung München and was contacted by Tobias Häusler, who answered all my questions and supported me throughout the entire process, from the first online contact all the way to the delivery of the car. I can honestly say that the whole process was very quick and straightforward. Even though everything was handled online, it felt as if I were physically at the dealership, asking questions that were always promptly answered. The day of the delivery was a very pleasant experience, not only because of the excitement of picking up the car I had just purchased, but also because of Tobias’ warm welcome, as I finally had the pleasure of meeting him in person. I visited the Mercedes-Benz Niederlassung München to buy my very first car, where I had the pleasure of meeting Goran Pozderovic. Since my German isn't that great, he was kind enough to speak with me in English, which was absolutely crucial for communicating important information. He was incredibly patient in listening to all my questions and answering them thoroughly. Having him guide me through this was an amazing experience, and he was exceptionally helpful. To be honest, I didn't initially intend to buy an electric vehicle. However, his detailed and expert explanations about EVs, their battery life, and the warranty completely changed my mind. Thanks to his guidance, I confidently decided to go with the electric car shown in the picture(EQE-300). On top of that, he was also extremely helpful with the after-sales process. Overall, it was a fantastic and flawless experience, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
