Hallo ich hatte heute einen Termin bei der Hausärztin im 2Stock der Praxis Titus. Name weiß ich leider nicht nach 2Stunden und 4 Patienten vor mir eine angeblich ein Notfall die sich ganz normal unterhalten hat bin ich gegangen Die unverschämte Sprechstundenhilfe meinte dann ob ich einen neuen Termin möchte. Ich habe es abgelehnt ich suche mir eine neue Praxis das war jetzt das fünfte Mal dass in dieser Praxis etwas nicht geklappt hat zweimal wurde mir gesagt ich hätte keinen Termin nach Vorlage des Terminzettels wurde mir mitgeteilt wahrscheinlich hätte ich abgesagt und 3 mal hätte ich früher oder später einen Termin gehabt was ich auch belegen konnte das es nicht richtig ist wurde ignoriert.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir waren bei einem Vertretungsarzt. Der Arzt war eigentlich nur für die letzte Woche zuständig, trotzdem wurde gestern ein Termin für heute mit uns vereinbart. Als wir heute pünktlich erschienen sind, wurde erst vor Ort bemerkt, dass der Arzt gar nicht mehr zuständig ist. Erst dann wurde der Fehler eingesehen. Besonders ärgerlich war das, weil ich dringend eine AU benötigt habe. Insgesamt sehr schlecht organisiert und unnötiger Stress für Patienten.

Seit mehreren Jahren werde ich hier durch Frau Dr. Tittus, kardiologisch betreut. Ihre medizinische Fachkompetenz, die sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ihr stets respektvoller und menschlicher Umgang sind in dieser Kombination bemerkenswert. Untersuchungen und Therapieempfehlungen erfolgen auf einer soliden fachlichen Basis, werden verständlich erklärt und transparent begründet. Frau Dr. Tittus nimmt sich Zeit und geht individuell auf Fragen ein, ohne dabei Zeitdruck erkennen zu lassen. Auch das gesamte Praxisteam überzeugt durch eine gute Organisation, Zuverlässigkeit und professionelle Abläufe. Die Wartezeiten sind angemessen. Insgesamt fühle ich mich sowohl medizinisch als auch menschlich seit Jahren sehr gut betreut und kann Frau Dr. Tittus als Kardiologin uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
