I had a ear that was blocked for 5 days after I had gone swimming. I got an appointment for the very next day after contacting them. My appointment and the microsuction procedure was quick (5-10 min) and comfortable. The reception staff and Dr. Andratschke were polite, friendly and helpful! I'm still learning German and they switched to English when talking about medical things to accommodate for my needs. Overall, I had a great experience!

Very polite and friendly staff. They also speak perfect English and provide English forms to fill out which is pretty convenient for expats. I needed an ear suction and was able to find an appointment in this practice in 1 day, and everything was done in 10 minutes.

I have visited several ENT clinics around Munich, and this one has been the best so far. Prof. Michaela Andratschke was incredibly helpful in addressing my issues. Despite it being a last-minute appointment, I received excellent treatment and service, leaving me very satisfied.

Dr. Baumann spent less than a minute examining me for my ear infection before writing out the prescription and showing me the door. While he wasn't impolite, he didn't feel the need to answer any of my questions regarding the nature of medication. He simply told me to finish the prescription of Amoxicillin and take pain-killers if it hurts. He told me to come back if my condition doesn't get better in a week. I think as a doctor when appointments are made, the doctor should spend at least few minutes of appointment time explaining the condition to the patient and also how the medication would act. We, as patients, wait quite long hours even in excruciating pain in the waiting room and at least should be asked by the doctors whether we have any questions and concerns. I am not certain whether I return to this practice; but I hope my feedback is taken constructively and patients are allocated meaningful amount to time to explain the diagnosis. The receptionists were very kind and helpful.

We had to take #Bigfoot to the ENT doctor at short notice and found the Haidhausen ENT practice. We were pushed in between - on a Friday! Prof. Dr. med. Andratschke, as well as the practice assistants, immediately took care of #Bigfoot in a friendly and kind way and thus took away his fear of the examination. The waiting room has one drawback: there is a small corner for children with chairs and a table, but no toys or books. I’m sure this will change in future. All in all, it was a really good and helpful experience, especially for #Bigfoot. Afterwards, we went straight to the pharmacy to get our medicines, and we got them all. Overall, I can only recommend the practice!
