Ich werde dort nicht mehr hingehen. Drei Termine in dieser Praxis: jedes Mal bei einem anderen Arzt, die Informationen werden nicht weitergegeben, ich musste bei jedem Termin zwischen 30 Minuten und einer Stunde im Wartezimmer warten – abgesehen von dem einen Mal, als sie meinen Termin knapp 10 Minuten vor dem vereinbarten Termin abgesagt haben. Bei einem meiner Termine hatte ich es mit einem Arzt zu tun, der mir unangebrachte Fragen zu meiner Sexualität stellte, unangemessene Bemerkungen machte, insbesondere zum Thema psychische Gesundheit, und dem es deutlich an Professionalität mangelte (er erzählte aus seinem Leben, anstatt sich auf den Termin zu konzentrieren), und bei dem ich darauf bestehen musste, dass meine Untersuchungen durchgeführt werden, weil „ach, aber es ist jetzt zu spät, wir machen gleich zu“ (ich war pünktlich, er hat mich 45 Minuten zu spät dran genommen, weil er sich mit seinen Kollegen UNTERHALTET hat, und der Rezeptionist (sehr nett, vielen Dank an ihn) hat ihn daran erinnert, dass noch Patienten warteten), und er wollte, dass ich an einem anderen Tag wiederkomme. Kurz gesagt: reine Zeitverschwendung und völlige Unzufriedenheit.

Lousy service and very superficial. Probably because my insurance is not private, doctors have no time for you, nor patience to explain if anything to you. I have been doing my annual check-up for several years there, but I have been sensing a deterioration in their willingness, if any to do a proper check-up. The last time was the worse, the total check-up was less than 15 minutes, very superficial and quick covering the minimum required. In addition, it took them more than two weeks to send their report to my house doctor. I understand, they may be understaffed, but at least provide some feedback and guidance how to proceed to the patient, even if one is healthy and not in immediate need. I will look for another MD.

Enter from the main entrance straight to the end of the hallway where there is an escalator. Use it to go upstairs, then go right and enter the hallway which is said conference room on the top. At the beginning of the hallway on the left, there is a door with a green sign, enter and go to the second floor

Easy to get an appointment, friendly staff, no waiting time, super attentive doctor, suggesting to use all possible methods and analysis to make the diagnosis 🙏🏼 The best Praxis that I’ve seen in Germany so far.

Rude stuff Unprofessional They can’t follow up there work properly Despite appointments waiting time is at least 1h I had blood test there for the Iron level and my results were 41, whereas the normal should have been between 60-100, and they didn’t tell me. I assumed that everything was fine, till i called them after one month and discovered accidentally that the results were too bad. To make it even worse for me, one of their doctors talked to me extremely rudely because i didn’t have a mask while i was eating my snack. I do have no problem in asking me at least once in a nice manner. But he started immediately in aggressive rude tune of talking. When i tried to explain myself, he just should loudly “maske auf” and turned his back and left. However dr. Kretschmer is nice and for him i gave some star. Otherwise 0 star will be more than what they deserve……
