People usually take the time to write a review for one of two reasons: either they are extremely satisfied or they are completely frustrated. This is definitely the latter. In the same week, I had problems with **two different orders**. The first one was a DHL delivery. The package was eventually delivered to a neighbor, late, **without anyone notifying me in any way**. Meanwhile, the DHL tracking kept showing that it was sitting in some warehouse, who knows where. The second experience was even worse. I bought another product and paid extra for Uber same-day delivery because **I needed it that very day**. That's exactly why you pay for that service. When the promised delivery window expired, the order was simply cancelled without any explanation. I called customer service, and the experience was terrible. The representative had no idea what had happened, no idea how they were going to fix it, and kept repeating, *"You'll receive an email."* I asked a very simple question: how am I supposed to trust that someone will contact me when you've already failed to deliver both the product and the service I paid for? I went to the services to replace my Ipad's screen protector. I already had a screen protector with me. I did this before and the service was 5€, a decent price. Now, the man working there told me he cannot replace a screen protector=,) and that he might do it for 15€... Really? Poor service from a big company situated in the middle of Munich... In the end, I did it myself.

Bad service. I went up to a sales person waited for him to be free. He saw me and then went to someone else. Later found someone else and I got the feeling that all they wanted to do is get rid of me as if I was annoying them. All I wanted was a product that I had a link of on my phone, I knew exactly what I wanted and still got an attitude from the sales rep.

PREDATORY!! Purchased a table fan this afternoon at this location. Floor assistant who helped direct me to the area but also followed-up with me to move the purchase along. He added an EXTENDED WARRANTY to my purchase WITHOUT asking or mentioning it. His English seemed sufficient to at least ask me if I want a warranty - it was deliberate. Why would I need warranty as a tourist?! Check every line of your receipt before paying!! Also maybe better to check out with a different person. Seems like they have this reputation.

I visited because the weather had suddenly turned very cold and I needed an electric heating mat. I checked the products on the website beforehand and placed a pickup order, which made the whole process extremely convenient. The store is close to a main street, so it was easy to reach by public transport, and the large sign made it simple to spot from a distance. The store itself is spacious, well-organized, and offers a wide range of products. It was enjoyable to browse through the different sections, and I was able to look around comfortably without any sense of crowding. The pickup counter process was smooth, and the staff handled everything efficiently. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient shopping experience.
