Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem Erlebnis in diesem Laden. Kurzfassung: In meinem Fall wurden Leistungen berechnet, deren Ergebnis für mich nicht nachvollziehbar ist. Absprachen und Termine wurden nicht eingehalten, und den Umgangston empfand ich mehrfach als unangenehm. Langfassung: Ich wollte an meinem älteren MacBook lediglich die defekte, flackernde Touchbar deaktivieren lassen, da sich eine Reparatur wirtschaftlich nicht mehr lohnt. Am Telefon hieß es zunächst, ich könne einfach vorbeikommen. Vor Ort wurde mir dann gesagt, es sei gerade keine Zeit, ich solle in der folgenden Woche vormittags kommen, dann sei das „in 30 Minuten erledigt“. Also bin ich erneut hingefahren, habe das Gerät abgegeben und mehrere Stunden gewartet. Am Ende des Tages war die Arbeit nicht abgeschlossen, und ich sollte am nächsten Tag wiederkommen. Am Abend erhielt ich einen Anruf, dass angeblich ein weiteres Problem vorliege (Akku werde nicht erkannt). Gleichzeitig wurde ich recht deutlich dafür kritisiert, dass ich keine genaueren Angaben zum Akku machen konnte. Ein konkreter Fertigstellungstermin wurde weiterhin nicht genannt. I find this man incredibly rude. He said my labtop was disgusting and in very bad condition and then failed to call me to say that I could pick it up already because he wasnt able to fix what he set out to fix. I told him the hinges need replacing and he said he would. Then he said they cant be replaced and also its not necessary because I can still use it. As the owner of the computer and the one working with it every day, I think it is up to me to decide if the display flopping backwards is irritating me and should be fixed. Even though he wasnt able to fix it he still charged me 20 euros, all while being very rude. Dont use this service, even though he is slightly cheaper. Not worth dealing with a person like that if you ask me.
