München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Ordered a bike online because at the store they only had used bikes. Guess what I received at home... A used bike with damages and even the store card with price etc. on it. Contacted customer support and they send a new bike. Well, not new because that one was also used, had damages and had the store card on it! Send both bikes back and got my money back, so that is the good part...

Even though the place is too big and there are variety of bikes, it is almost impossible to find someone to speak, ask guidance. We spend 1 hour there, but nobody didn’t help us. Most of the guides cannot speak English. For e-bikes, there is many options. But for normal bike, I think they don’t have good deals.

I found the bicycle I wanted online, and then discovered that Lucky Bike had one last unit available in Munich. I sent them an email (after I couldn’t reach them by phone) asking if I could come by to check the correct frame size and whether they would honor my discount code. I received a call back, and they told me this would be possible the next day, as they needed to unpack the bike first. I went to the store the following day. My contact person was on a break, and the gentleman I initially spoke with seemed more focused on the upcoming long weekend (I would rate him 3/5). He also insisted that my preferred size was not in stock and that the larger size was obviously the right one for me. I insisted to wait for the person I had spoken with on the phone. Luckily, he showed up within 15 minutes, brought out the correct bike from the storage room, and I was able to test it. It fit perfectly. tld;r; Yady yady yada, Mr. Baron was very pleasant to deal with, I got the online price, and shortly after that I left the store with my new bike.In the end, it really comes down to who you speak with. Thank you, Mr. Baron, I am very happy with my purchase. Note: English review as my German is

We had a great experience buying our bike here, all thanks to Pavel. The store was completely full when we arrived. A few other employees ignored us because they were too busy with other customers, but Pavel was different. Even with so many people in the store, he took his time and explained everything perfectly without rushing. Thanks to his advice we bought a great bike at an excellent price and we are very happy with it. If you visit this Lucky Bike store, we highly recommend asking for Pavel!
