Wir suchten für unsere Tochter ein neues Fahrrad. Wir wurden hervorragend beraten. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht viele Fahrräder zu testen. Aber, wie es immer so ist, war das Erste auch das Richtige. Meine Tochter fuhr freudestrahlend mit diesem Fahrrad auf der Teststrecke und ist ganz glücklich. Sie kann es gar nicht abwarten bis wir es abgeholt haben und sie damit endlich fahren kann. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter, die sich so viel Zeit und Mühe gegeben haben, um unserer Tochter zum richtigen Fahrrad zu helfen. Wir waren wirklich begeistert, von allen Mitarbeitern, besonders Inge, die sich um uns gekümmert haben.

Ich habe gestern einen Hundeanhänger bei Lucky Bike Family World gekauft. Ich kann sagen dass ich in langer Zeit nicht so zuvorkommend und freundlich bedient und beraten wurde! Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich bei Michi bedanken! Super freundlich, nimmt sich Zeit und kennt sich wirklich richtig gut aus. Er hat mir direkt ein neues Rad aus dem Lager montiert – alles lief schnell und unkompliziert. Wir wurden ursprünglich aus einer anderen Filiale hierher geschickt, und das war definitiv die richtige Entscheidung. Die Beratung war extrem kompetent und ehrlich. Man merkt sofort, dass hier jemand mit Erfahrung und Leidenschaft arbeitet.
