We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed from start to finish. We stayed in the suite, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable for our family. A lovely touch was the welcome amenities waiting for us in the room upon arrival, which made us feel especially welcome.The parking experience was very convenient thanks to the easy-access garage. The breakfast was outstanding, with a large selection of high-quality options that catered to everyone in the family.We also appreciated the excellent room layout and thoughtful design. The beds were comfortable and pleasantly soft, something we do not always find when traveling in Germany. Both us adults and our children were positively surprised by how enjoyable and comfortable our stay was.Overall, our entire family had a fantastic experience, and we would be delighted to return in the future. Highly recommended!

Rooms were very comfortable and the location was great, but the service Was progressively getting worse each night we stayed. My family and I stayed there with a massive group for my father’s college reunion. And I guess there were a few employees who have had enough of our entire group as there were so many of us. I understand that it can get overwhelming when there are about 100 people in one place at once. Especially when we are foreigners from the Philippines, But that doesn’t mean a little kindness is too much. Even when we weren’t altogether we would still get poor service as if they wanted nothing to do with us. Waiting to order a drink and the bartender completely ignoring me and then eventually telling me to order at the front then a minute later I can hear him taking an order from a German man straight away. Telling us that we weren’t allowed the breakfast when we paid for it and came in a package. And when we just wanted some water and either the attendants telling us to drink it from the taps? We just wanted some bottled water… Would’ve been a great hotel, but the service became poor as time went on, just a bit disappointed to be treated this way. I know big groups

I have stayed at this hotel several times before, but this time I was quite disappointed. The rooms were very warm (it didn’t matter how much you adjusted the temperature), and the services that were previously offered have been reduced, especially the contents of the minibar. Both fruit and water were unavailable at reception, and there was no replenishment despite the heat. Otherwise, the staff are generally helpful.
