About Klipper Segelschiffrestaurant
Located at Poetensteig, Bulgarische Str., 12435 Berlin, Klipper Segelschiffrestaurant operates as a deutsche serving Berlin in Berlin. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
For a place to eat or drink in Germany, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open today (many restaurants keep a weekly Ruhetag), does it take reservations for dinner, and does the menu suit your group. Tipping is modest, rounding up or adding 5-10% when you pay, and while cards are accepted in most places, cash is still the safe choice at bakeries, Imbiss stands and beer gardens. Tap water is not served automatically, and bottles you take away carry a Pfand deposit.
Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 10 am–1 am. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 030 53216490. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is klipper-berlin.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Its Google rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 2,697 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect before you commit to a visit.
Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. Getting around Berlin is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Berlin and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Great food on a cute, slightly vintage feeling boat. Would love to come back and get another chocolate bar hot chocolate. So delicious. The food was also so good and the portions larger than most restaurants in the area. One dish was almost too much for two people!

Beautiful view, by the water. With outside seating and a lot of shade from the sun. It seems some people reserve tables for dinner. So if you think of going there for dinner best reserve a table. Especially the tables nearest to the water. Food was good and tasty, decent portions, drinks were also good👌

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience by the water! This restaurant offers breathtaking sea views and a stunning sunset that made the atmosphere feel truly magical. Nestled in a calm, no-traffic zone, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a high-quality meal. I had the Rumpsteak, cooked medium, and it was nothing short of perfection—delicious, juicy, and bursting with flavor. You can really tell they use top-tier ingredients. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall wonderful experience. It’s worth noting that the prices are on the higher side, especially compared to Berlin standards, but the quality, view, and ambiance make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 💪🏽

Beautiful place, restaurant and cafe made of many deck boats on the river Spree. There is a decoration decorated with interesting icons made of iron. Food is delicious, service is fast. We will go again. We want to try the breakfast.

Had a great break there during our winter wonderland Sunday walk! The service was extremely friendly and professional. Lovely fireplace in the pavillon overlooking the river, so cozy with the Christmas decorations, a hot chocolate and a waffle!
