Die Verkäuferin ist unhöflich zu den Kunden in ihrer Muttersprache und hat absolut kein Fingerspitzengefühl. Schrecklicher Umgang und mangelnde Geduld im Servicebereich – das ist ein schlechtes Zeichen. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man einen solchen Job annehmen sollte, ohne über die nötige Erfahrung zu verfügen.

Heute Morgen hatte ich leider eine unangenehme Erfahrung im Kiosk beim Heumarkt an der Bahnstation. Die Kassiererin wirkte sehr frustriert und hat mir die Information, dass Kartenzahlung erst ab 10 CHF möglich ist, auf eine unfreundliche Art mitgeteilt. Statt eines freundlichen „Guten Morgen“ bekam ich lediglich die Frage: „Was steht da?“ Da ich aus dem Ausland komme, sind mir solche Regelungen nicht bekannt. Deshalb hätte ich mir eine höfliche Erklärung gewünscht. Gerade im Dienstleistungsbereich sollte ein respektvoller Umgang mit Kunden selbstverständlich sein. Mein persönlicher Eindruck war zudem, dass die Mitarbeiterin gegenüber Frauen deutlich weniger freundlich auftrat als gegenüber Männern. Als Alternative kann ich die Geschäfte in der Nähe empfehlen: Bei BackWerk ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Außerdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie einen anderen Kiosk, einen Asia-Shop oder den DM-Markt. Schade, wenn man trotz freundlichen Auftretens so behandelt wird. Letztlich sagt ein solcher Umgangston mehr über die betreffende Person aus als über die Kunden. Ich hoffe, dass künftig wieder mehr Wert auf Freundlichkeit und Respekt gelegt wird.

Arrived in Cologne late one night after a full day of travel. This was the only place near my hotel that was still open. They only accept cash. My debit card had been stolen earlier in my trip and I had no cash, only a credit card. I explained this to the woman behind the counter and she gave me some water and beer for free. So generous and kind. Thank you so much!

Central and friendly Kiosk with affordable prices. The range of available drinks could be improved. Bottle opener is located outside the place right at the entrance ✌️
