Worst hospital experience ever. My brother was brought to the emergency room by ambulance at 8:00 PM after a car accident with a possible leg fracture. We had to wait until 3:10 AM, and only after arguing and being treated badly by the nurses did they finally attend to us. They told us that we were “not a priority.” I do not recommend this hospital at all.

We had a deeply disappointing experience at Kinderklinik Schwabing. It felt like patient care and basic coordination were simply not a priority. We had scheduled an appointment by phone for an ultrasound and doctor consultation for our 1 month old baby. Unfortunately, the person who booked it failed to enter it into the system. Because of this error, we weren’t allowed into the Tagesklinik and were instead sent to the emergency room. This decision significantly increased our waiting time. We ended up waiting over 6 hours, only to have a doctor briefly appear and say, “Everything is fine, you can go home.” What made the experience worse was the dismissive attitude from some of the staff. The head nurse in the green room was joking around and instructed the junior nurse to send us to the ER, rather than trying to help resolve the scheduling issue. While the junior nurse made an effort to support us, she seemed unable to override the head nurse's decision. A little empathy, proper communication, and accountability would have made a world of difference, especially when dealing with concerned parents and an infant. We had a short stay due to a surgery of my daughter. We are really satisfied, everyone was really empathic and kind, especially to our daughter, explaining the whole process and what they are doing to her. Also the nurses were really kind. I can’t understand the bad ratings obviously geared towards the emergency department. We have a huge impact in lots of areas due to skill shortage. Anyway, we can highly recommend this child hospital.

Horrible experience with the clinic. My daughter had an incident in the school with her finger badly wounded. She had so much pain and we waited over 1 hour to get treated. That’s not even the worst part, during the treatment my daughter cried and shouted because of the huge pain. The doctor didn’t even try to comfort my daughter but yelled at her instead, I’ve been to many hospitals in many different countries, never ever saw such terrible Kinderarzt. If you have no patience to help children, then don’t be a Kinderarzt.After that my daughter always cried and told me she never wants to see any doctor again.

Completely worst experience, my 2year baby girl had high fever and shivering and i took her to this klinik as per emergency number suggestion. It was around 8pm with extreme cold outside and i dont have car. they were so rude and not even checked, clearly told me to take elisonhof. Seriously very bad service here in Germany, I never expected this standard in German Medical service.
