PLEASE NEVER ADMISSION YOURSELF, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT NOT TO THIS CLINIC!!! I was there twice on ward 2 and more than half of the "caregivers"/peds are egotistical, angry, disrespectful people. I said, for example, that being yelled at triggers me, and they took absolutely no consideration for that... (some peds/caregivers are an exception, though ♡) If I could, I would give minus stars (-9202018749201 stars) as feedback. The reception desk/where you make appointments, etc., usually only gives incorrect information, and in general, the clinic is simply disrespectful and ruthless. I've also heard a lot of bad things from other wards; for example, a friend of mine had her headscarf (she's Moslem) ripped off. To be perfectly honest, I came out more traumatized than when I went in. The doctors aren't very "nice" / empathetic / friendly either... For example, a friend of mine had an eating disorder and was told to start exercising (to sleep better at night)...My first therapist told me that my PTSD and the reason for it weren't so bad and that I should also do sports because I needed to cause I'm gaining weight (I also have an eating disorder and she knew that). PLEASE. NEVER. GO. IN.

Honestly I was there for 1 and a half days and it wasn’t really that bad. It was my first time there in 2025 in October, I was mostly confused and quiet for the whole time. I only read my book, played a round of uno. I barely ate really since I was quite nervous. I came from school actually, I was triggered from my geography teacher yelling at me so yeah… The day after I had a test but I wasn’t there since I was here. When I got to get home my mom was there I was waiting, there was an emergency since a boy got forced to be here, I don’t know really. My mom waited there for a half of an hour. Later till 3 pm? I think? I was released, my experience was quite neutral. One thing I found funny was at the evening I got there at dinner the boys table put bread, cheese and another ingredient I forgot. They put that sandwich in the microwave and the employee had to cut it for the boy who made it. I was probably the youngest there since they were like 16? Or younger while I was 13, I still wonder to this day if they put me in the correct ward- The clinic was recommended to me by my therapist. Don’t look at the bad reviews, or your child or teenager can be afraid as well as you, parents! 3 s

I was there for max 28 hours it was really bad I got yelled at for sleeping, I just had gone through and traumatic experiences like. Some of the staff was nice but I don’t really remember much. I think they wnaged it help me but I didn’t wnaged that since I didn’t even wanted to be there. The night there was really terrible I couldn’t sleep. And they stole my water bottle

Terrible experience. No information about the therapy, condescending comments, and total lack of empathy. Very traumatic experience for the kid and for the parents.

I was put into lockdown room and then they took away my clothes because of suicide prevention. Never again.
