Katastrophaler Service. Meine Frau war jetzt zum 7. Mal Vorort um ihren Ring erweitern zu lassen und jedes Mal wurde gesagt, dass die Chefin nicht da ist und man selber nicht wüsste wie das geht. Ich bin schockiert und war mit 100%-iger Sicherheit der letzte Einkauf bei Ihnen!

Als mein Freund im August 2022 in dem Laden in Pasing war, hat er mir geschildert von einem sehr freundlichen, älteren Ehepaar beraten worden zu sein. Da er sich nicht sicher war, welches Schmuckstück mir am besten gefällt, wurde besprochen und auf der Quittung vermerkt, dass die Ware gegen Gutschein oder ein anderes Schmuckstück umgetauscht werden kann. Es wurde extra nicht vermerkt, dass dies innerhalb von 14 Tagen geschehen müsste, sondern auch besprochen, dass dies länger möglich ist. Als ich dann ein paar Wochen später im Laden erschien und mich umgesehen habe und tatsächlich die geschenkte Uhr gerne gegen eine andere tauschen wollte, wurde so bodenlos mit mir umgegangen. Das ging wirklich gar nicht. Eine Dame im Laden teilte mir knapp mit, dass Sie nichts für mich tun kann, da es wohl gar keine Belege ihrerseits mehr gäbe für die gekaufte Uhr (???). Ich hatte den meinem Freund ausgehändigten Beleg mit dem Vermerk dabei und wollte eine Lösung finden. Sie gab mir die Visitenkarte der Inhaberin des Ladens. Ich habe dort angerufen, da wurde es erst recht schlimm. Am Telefon wurde ich dermaßen angeschnauzt, ich konnte noch nicht einmal mein Anliegen schildern, sondern wurde die ga

Wir waren zum Ohrlochstechen. Der Ohrring ist dran.Alles ist gut. ABER!! Vorsicht!! Machen Sie nicht den gleichen Fehler wie wir. 80 EURO fur eine Ohrolochstechen es ist zu viel fur eine Baby. Wir wusten das nichts, und wir haben bezahl solche Preis. Damit Sie nicht den gleichen Fehler machen, Familie. einen anderen Laden finden fur Baby Ohring. Danke

Wir waren zum Ohrlochstechen in dem Juwelier. Weder im Laden noch im Schaufenster findet man hier eine Preisübersicht (welche verpflichtend ist). Der Preis hier hat es wirklich in sich. Satte 80€ kostet es hier!!! Der Preis wurde natürlich erst nach erbrachter Dienstleistung genannt.
