For beauty and wellness businesses, it is worth asking how long the treatment takes, whether the quoted price includes VAT and what the cancellation policy is. Popular slots fill quickly, so book early. German saunas and thermal baths have their own etiquette: most sauna areas are textile-free (no swimwear), you sit on your towel, you shower before every session, and the Aufguss, the attendant's steam ritual, runs to a posted timetable.

No opening hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times, and remember that most shops in Germany close on Sundays and public holidays. The listed phone number is 0170 2472307. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, i-yoga-studios.com.

Customers rate it 5.0 out of 5 on Google across 43 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded yoga & pilates in Regensburg.

Regensburg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

As soon as you walk into iYoga Studio, you’re warmly welcomed—Simone has created a space that feels open, easy, and spacious. The front area invites you to sit, relax, and connect with other yogis. I took Simone’s Sunday Vinyasa class and loved it. Her instruction is clear and purposeful, with a beautiful thread from beginning to end. I left feeling strong, elongated, relaxed, and genuinely happy. A wonderful balance of movement and calm. Highly recommended—and thank you, Simone, for creating such a special space!
