Ich hatte eine Knieoperation. Ich war total begeistert von der Behandlung. Eine perfekte Mischung aus Lymphdrainage und Übungen. Ich bin dadurch wieder fit geworden. Auch ist man mir mit allen Terminen entgegen gekommen! Ich kann diese Praxis nur empfehlen, alle sehr nett und kompetent!!

Nach meiner Schwangerschaft hatte ich einige Probleme. Die individuelle Rückbildung hat mir sehr geholfen. Ich habe mich sehr gut bei Susanne Diederichs aufgehoben und behandelt gefühlt! Kann ich nur empfehlen!!

Ich bin seit Februar 2024 Patientin bei Isar-Therapie. Ich kann die Behandlung bei Britta sehr empfehlen. Sie hat mich schmerzfrei durch meine Schwangerschaft gebracht und auch jetzt in der Zeit mit Säugling = Tragling genieße ich die kleine Mama-Auszeit bei Britta. Kleine Verspannungen im Schulter-Nackenbereich sind schnell wieder weg. Sie hat immer genau das richtige Gespür dafür, ob ich gerade quatschen will oder lieber relaxen. Sie findet immer die richtigen Punkte und die richtige Intensität. Sehr zufrieden bin ich auch mit der in der Praxis absolvierten Rückbildung als Personal Training zusammen mit Baby. Super stressfrei & sehr effektiv. Die Übungen haben sich nach und nach gesteigert, üben muss man natürlich trotzdem zuhause. Ich kann die Behandlung in dieser Praxis vollumfänglich empfehlen. Vielen Dank!!

Ich kann die Behandlung bei Susanne Diederichs wärmstens empfehlen. Sie hat sich viel Zeit genommen ganzheitliche auf meine Beschwerden einzugehen ESG, Bandscheiben und Sprunggelenk Bänder) und man ist bei ihr in sehr kompetenten und rücksichtsvollen Händen. Kommunikation und Terminvereinbarung (oder -verschiebung) klappt super schnell und unkompliziert.

Ganz klar eine 5-Sterne Empfehlung für Susanne Diederichs. Sie hat mich bei verschiedenen Beschwerden erfolgreich therapiert und mir sehr geholfen: bei Rückenbeschwerden nach der Schwangerschaft, Therapie nach großem operativem Eingriff (an Faszien, Narbe), Bandscheibenvorfall. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass Susanne immer auch einen aktiven Teil in den Therapieeinheiten macht, mit Übungen für zu Hause. Diese sind gut und hilfreich ( die notwendige Disziplin muss man natürlich selbst mitbringen).
