The wifi doest work all day, the rooms are not filled up with the neccecities, one of the rooms was smelling like a smokery,not properly cleaned. Shame, only the location makes it worth

Our second night here but tonight the hot water is cut off. No hot water, how can we shower in winter without warm water? No heater either, but the room is not cold. But no shower is unbearable. We called the customer service, she said she couldn’t reach anyone to fix it tonight and asked us to email them tomorrow for a refund. It’s not making us feel any better, we need shower! poor customer service!

It’s a very modern automatic Hotel without the reception. Everything goes online, but the standard is pretty alright. The rooms are clean and very well equipped.

The position is good. 15 minutes walk to the city center and a bar for breakfast is at the ground floor. Parking good. There were something like 27-28 degrees in the room in March. The heating is always on and the floor always warm. It was impossible to sleep. Keeping the window open wasn't an option as there is a road with a lot of traffic just in front of the building. I wrote the staff about the problem at around 8 am and they first told me that someone would have come during the day. Nobody came and they simply stop replying. Staff simply makes fun of you.

This place was one of the best places we have stayed. Such a nice and spacious studio with everything you need. It looks brand new. Downstairs there is a great bakery where you can enjoy your breakfast or your coffee. The location for us was nice. Just 15 mins walk from the center of the city. And it is a nice walk too (if you don't mind the cold during these months). We would definetely recommend it and would stay again for sure if we are back in the city.
