Ich habe inzwischen schon meinen vierten Kurs bei Ina besucht – angefangen mit Yoga mit Baby und jetzt ohne – und ich bin jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert. Bei Ina herrscht eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre: locker, ruhig und herzlich zugleich, mit kleinen Witzchen zwischendurch, die einfach guttun. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wohl. Besonders als Mama ist es unglaublich wertvoll, wie liebevoll und aufmerksam Ina mit den Babys umgeht. Sie nimmt sie auch mal auf den Arm, damit man in Ruhe die Übungen machen kann – das ist alles andere als selbstverständlich und zeigt, wie viel Herz sie in ihre Arbeit steckt. Ina strahlt so viel Wärme, Fröhlichkeit und Kreativität aus. Jede Stunde ist individuell gestaltet und hat einen eigenen Schwerpunkt, sodass es nie eintönig wird. Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmerinnen werden immer mit einbezogen, was den Unterricht besonders persönlich macht. Ich kann Ina von Herzen jeder Mama – und natürlich auch allen anderen – empfehlen, die Yoga in einer achtsamen, liebevollen und professionellen Umgebung erleben möchte.

Ina ist wirklich spitze. Yoga macht mir bei ihr total Spaß, bzw. tut es sehr gut und ist fordernd, ohne zu überfordern. Ina bietet auch immer Alternativen an, wenn Positionen (noch) nicht so gut gelingen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ich habe bei Ina bereits mehr als fünf verschiedene Yoga-Kurse besucht und bin immer wieder begeistert. Die Kursinhalte sind abwechslungsreich und können an das eigene Niveau angepasst werden. Ina nimmt auch gerne mal ein Baby auf den Arm, damit die Mama die Übung(en) gut mitmachen kann. Außerdem hat man immer die Möglichkeit, verpasste Stunden nachzuholen. Ich kann Ina und ihre Yoga-Kurse sehr empfehlen und bin bereits den nächsten Kurs am Buchen :-)

Ich bin mittlerweile beim dritten Yoga mit Baby Kurs von Ina und liebe es. Es macht total Spaß, man tut was für sich und seinen Körper und die Babys dürfen mit dabei sein. Freue mich jede Woche auf den Kurs. Ina ist super nett, sehr kompetent und nimmt auch mal gern ein Baby auf den Arm, damit die Mamas besser trainieren können. Ich kann es nur von Herzen empfehlen!
