About Immo-Tech UG

Immo-Tech UG is a sanitär in München, Bayern. It is listed at Truderinger Str. 304, 81825 München-Trudering-Riem, which places it among the local businesses of München that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Service businesses like this one usually respond fastest by phone or e-mail, and good tradespeople are booked out weeks ahead, so plan early. Be specific about the location, the scope of work and any deadline, and keep a record of what was agreed. Taking three quotes before you decide is normal. Professional firms such as lawyers, notaries and tax advisors (Steuerberater) work from statutory fee schedules, so ask for an estimate of the total up front.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 9 am–9 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 089 89827642. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, installateur-trudering.de.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 13 reviews, which is a strong result for a sanitär in München and suggests consistent service.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.
