My installation (battery and inverter "Sungrow") has been done two years ago. it was very painful to get started after settling the bill, but this can already be read in other reviews. The problem now is that the inverter stopped working (beginning of August 2026, generic 'hardware failure'). I called the Homenergy customer service and they told me to reboot the system. This did not solve the problem, so they supposedly opened a ticket to Sungrow, because it seems Homenergy cannot do anything in case of this hardware failure. Since then: no feedback. When I manage to get an answer from Homenergy, they say that Sungrow did not answer yet. Evert few days I ask Homenergy for the status and they answer they did not hear from Sungrow. For me this means that Homenergy does not have at all a good support/service contract with Sungrow. I do not know if this happens as well with other brands offered by Homenergy, but at this point, better to stay away from Sungrow+Homenergy.

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Jungs haben unser steiles Dach bei Regen und sogar bei hohen Temparaturen mit Bravour gemeistert und Darko hat die Anlage eine Woche später ans Netz gebracht. Die Besonderheiten unseres alten Hauses mussten berücksichtigt werden, alles wurde bestens montiert. Wir wurden immer über den Stand der Lieferungen auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!!

The product is great and installed with care from the technicians. But … Overall from project start to completion there were a lot of delays despite choosing the company because of the promise of a quick install date. Promised install and system functioning by August 2024, as of October 28th 2924 the system is still not online) Customer service was not helpful / did not return calls, their only fast response time was when they were asking that invoices were to be paid. Do not believe the quoted installation dates. Furthermore, they sold us components that were not compatible with the rest of the components they sold us, not just once, this means the system is simply not as sold, without the functions as promised. It seemed irrelevant to them that their customer needed to take time off from work to sit at home and wait for installation and deliveries, on multiple occasions product was simply not delivered on the days they said meaning another day of work was wasted. Only the threat of legal action seemed to slightly accelerate the installation date, I am not a person who likes to work like this, especially for such a big ticket item.

All montage is done very efficiently and fast. I am happy with the result. But since then I have a problem with stromzahler. Since homenergy didn't record the zählerstand and didn't send it to bayernwerk since March I still have the Zahler and I don't know its Zählerstand. I still pay for electrcity for this Zahler and I will pay also the rent for it. Even from technic wise everything is awesome, but apparently finishing the work has lots of issues.
