When booking accommodation or travel services in Germany, confirm the check-in window, whether the rate includes breakfast and the local city tax (Kurtaxe or Bettensteuer), and what the cancellation terms are; pensions and Gasthöfe are often family-run and appreciate notice. Reviews that mention noise, bed size, Wi-Fi and cleanliness are usually the most useful. Prices jump around trade fairs, the Christmas markets, Oktoberfest and the summer school holidays, so book early for those dates.
Opening hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in Berlin keep standard hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on the weekly Ruhetag, on Sundays and over the Christmas and Easter holidays. The listed phone number is 030 6850080. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is all.accor.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
With 3.7 out of 5 on Google from 805 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for hotels in Berlin. German customers tend to review sparingly and critically, so a mid-range score with detailed comments is often a fair picture.
Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. Getting around Berlin is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Berlin and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Absolutely terrible experience — would never stay here again. The hotel was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The room was poorly cleaned, there were hardly any amenities, and there was practically no staff available when we needed assistance. The overall condition of the place was completely unacceptable. What was even more disappointing was the check-in situation. We were told that there was no possibility of an earlier check-in because there were no rooms available. However, after offering €20, suddenly a room was available. This was extremely unprofessional and left us with a very bad impression. Unfortunately, the whole experience was far below what we expected. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and we will definitely never stay here again.

It's a budget hotel so i didn't expect much but it's nice. The hotel itself is not big but the rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The staff was also nice. The location was also pretty good since it's near the s-bahn station and i think there were also bus stops not far away. So i think it's pretty good for the price

The worst service and staff attitude that I’ve ever seen As an Accor Gold member for many years. They don’t clean up the rooms and they decline basic service such as extending a late check-out request. They simply don’t care about the customer experience and just want to make money on the back of customers, some of whom happen to be loyal to the Accor brands (for more than 2 decades, as far as I’m concerned). With such poor service and attitude, This hotel does not deserve to be part of Accor
