Petra is great with dogs. Our 5 years old Australian Shepherd looks so good and fluffy after an appointment. He sheds a lot of hairs and Petra gets all of it out within 2hrs. We go twice a year, our dog looks great for weeks after the appointment and brushing him is much easier for months after. Top service, friendly and loving dog, you can’t get more from a dog groomer !

We've been here three times with our dachshund and have had a fantastic experience. We have a nervous dog and love that Giulia takes her time to make her feel at ease. She also gave us great advice for how to take care of our dog's hair at home. We will probably keep coming back here as long as we live in Munich.

Great place. Loved the fact that they kept giving kisses to my dog during the haircut. They made him very comfortable, keeping in mind he is a little skittish. And I love the fact that I could also sit there and watch the haircut.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this dog grooming salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff's attitude was far from welcoming or friendly. They were outright rude and seemed disinterested in assisting me. The whole time I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. To express my dissatisfaction, I left a one-star review detailing my negative encounter. To my disbelief, I received a call on my personal number from the salon, which I hadn't provided for such purposes. This invasion of privacy was beyond unprofessional and left me even more frustrated. What shocked me even further was the fact that the salon resorted to hiring an agency to remove my honest review. It's truly disappointing to see a business prioritize their image over genuine customer feedback. This entire experience has left me with a strong sense of regret for ever stepping foot in that establishment. I strongly advise pet owners to consider other options where both professionalism and respect for customers are upheld. I was also extremely unsatisfied with the final result of the grooming. Save yourself and your furry friend the stress and frustration and find a groomer who truly values their customers and tak

Hello there! I love this place and I really like the girl work there she’s very nice and So professional! She took care of my big German shepherd and she groomed him very well! And this was the first time for my dog to be groomed without muzzle! And grooming a dog without muzzling him makes him feel more calm and relaxed but not to many people can do it for my dog! I have a lot of respect for that girl she works hard with fair and reasonable price as well! I would like to definitely recommend it and for sure I will come back again!
