München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Rada deserves her perfect score! She took the time to make me and my dog comfortable. She is very professional and Teddy looks great. Definitely recommend, especially for dogs who might need extra care.

Guinness had such a good time and came out looking exactly like the reference photos I gave. I was especially impressed with how perfect her feet and nails look. We will be back very soon for more amazing haircuts!

Such a caring and welcoming groomer for your dog. Rada, the owner, is wonderful! We had effective communication (also in English) and it was super easy to schedule with her. The salon is conveniently located in Obergiesing and my dog immediately felt at ease for her first appointment. Rada explained everything well and was so patient with my new, slightly anxious pup. I look forward to our future visits and I can highly recommend La Jolie Vie Hundesalon. 🐶

This is the first groomer I’ve found who genuinely cares about the dogs and prioritizes their comfort and trust before she even begins grooming them. Aside from a great haircut, I found a happy dog who was clearly very comfortable with Rada and didn’t try to rush out the door like he normally would after a grooming. We will be back!

I brought my puppy Trixie to La Jolie Vie for her first ever grooming experience, because this salon is one of the rare ones in the city that actually had a puppy service specified. The owner, Rada, is such a warm and welcoming person, my puppy trusted her immediately. We talked in detail about Trixie's needs, likes and dislikes. Trixie looked so happy and healthy after the treatment. I'm so delighted by the service (and the prices), we found our groomer for good 😊
