Self check in- which is handy as it means you can check in after midnight if you need to. Located directly opposite the U-Bahn with great air con!

A very noisy Brazilian café located right below the hotel windows; this place is noisy until late at night. => Shouting, screaming, etc... the nights are restless and disrupted. The bathroom trash can isn't always emptied during housekeeping. Housekeeping isn’t done on certain days, and as if by chance, the staff wants to do it right when we’re resting in the room! No one answers the phone for issues during check-in! No reception—everything is automated—no staff available in case of a problem. Soundproofing is terrible—you can hear absolutely everything from the neighbors and the hallway. Automatic hallway doors that slam shut! None of the housekeeping staff speak German. In case of danger, you’re left on your own as a guest. Couldn’t turn on the AC while we were out—our room key was taken without us being told. Shower drain was clogged, water didn’t drain properly; we reported the issue, but nothing was fixed. Extremely noisy and rough neighborhood—noise all night long!

Location is excellent if you are participating in something at Tempelhof which was my case. Way overpriced in terms of the hotel itself which is super basic. Rooms are newly done and pleasant but very small, same with the bathroom. It's on a busy square so it's super noisy - did not bother me but bring ear plugs if you are noise sensitive and an eye mask as no proper black out blinds. No staff around and check in did not work - there is no phone on site so you have to call at your own cost and stay on the phone quite long for it to be solved. This is where technology and passing work on the client is all well and good but not when it fails and not for that price. No luggage storage after check out but there is a cafe around the corner where you can store the luggage - Radical Storage. A partnership with hotel could be good because again, at this price you don't want to pay additional for storing your luggage for a few hours which is a very normal hotel service. Again if you want the location it's a good choice, but for the price there are better options in Berlin.

If you have a concert at Columbiahalle and want a place to stay directly near, this is the best solution! Rooms are totally new and clean! Size are exactly what we need to have a good night of sleep!

The stay was fine. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But the checkin was a nightmare. It's all done at a tablet and all provided information did not work to get me a room key (I booked with check24). Aditionally I reached no one via the provided phonenumber. I was lucky an employee was restocking the coffee machine and got someone on the phone for me. Plus the water kept turning ice cold and then hot again during a shower under 10 minutes. Other than that the hotel is okay and fine for a short stay.
