2/5 stars. Stayed here during the IFA period. Noise was the biggest problem. There's no AC, so on warm nights the windows have to stay open, which lets in constant noise from below and the restaurant is almost basically inside the hotel but open. So it was very noisy even at late night.. Sleep was hard to come by. The lift is unnecessary loud going up and down as you can hear it from the hotel rooms, and the lift door has a strange fault. It closes after you press the button, then reopens on its own, then closes again before it actually moves which was frustrating. The room had no kettle, no tea bags, no instant coffee, no water bottle. The fridge was empty. First 4 star hotel I've stayed at without even the basics. But they did provide after asking. Very limited though and were confused as to why we wanted tea/coffee bags Housekeeping was minimal. The bathroom got a quick clean but the rest of the floor was left just as messy as before. No vacuuming at all. The room itself was small, and the pillows were uncomfortable. On the plus side, the location is excellent and easy to get around from. Staff were friendly and helpful the whole stay. Given the noise, missing amenities,

I stayed in this hotel to spend a couple of days in Berlin. The hotel room was ridiculously small. We were two persons and there were not enough space to let the luggage. There was not even a small table nor somewhere else to sit than on the bed. For the rest, the bathroom (also pretty small) had a good shower and the room was quiet. I think though the hotel does not deserve the four stars. For the same price, you can find better

Nicely refreshed rooms with cosy ambience. The breakfast area is sophisticated and offers an extensive breakfast choice. The hotel is located in the better part of Berlin with lots of nice restaurants and shops around. Yet, the hotel itself overviews a quiet garden, so no direct noises from the road. Hotel staff was super easy-going. Shoutout to the woman of the groups department of the management organisation Louvre Hotels Group, with whom I shared some great laughter in this hotel. An absolute hidden gem!
