I’ve had a really great experience at Holmes Place Potsdamer Platz. The gym has a great atmosphere, good facilities, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Elis, who was absolutely great — super helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. Overall, definitely a great place to work out, and I’d highly recommend it!

Very good gym. Big and clean changing rooms and shower facilities. Nice equipment and amazing spa. Always nice staff at the reception desk. Only thing I don’t understand is that there seems to be an air conditioning system, but they don’t really use it even when it’s hot outside. It gets steamy inside then. But other than that great gym!

Update: I want to update my previous experience because I believe it’s only fair to recognize good management when it happens. After I raised my concerns regarding one of the BodyPump classes, Mr. Richard, the Club Manager, took my feedback seriously. He carried out a thorough investigation, spoke with the instructor and the Group Exercise Manager, and came back to me with a detailed, thoughtful response. He acknowledged how the situation made me feel and explained the actions they had taken internally. I truly appreciate Richard’s professionalism, empathy, and willingness to listen. It is reassuring to know that member feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve. While I have personally decided not to attend that particular instructor’s classes anymore, I continue to enjoy the club and many of the other instructors. ——-Regarding Lisa T: Update: Thank you for your response. It's a nice place with nice stuff. The vibe at the place is good. Machines are good and Sauna is TOP, it's just the pool is a bit small but despite that all good. If you have a bad day or you feel down or self-esteem come here and all of this will change haha (it's from personal experience, i tried it and it worked )

Staff is extremely friendly and everyone is super nice - their spa area is one of the best in Berlin. This is me reviewing today at April 27 th 2028 and I am really pleased with overall experience- their workout classes are exceptional.
