I’ve visited three Holmes Place locations in Berlin (Ostkreuz, Mitte and Charlottenburg), and unfortunately, this one was not my favorite, particularly when it comes to the sauna facilities. The mixed sauna/steam room area is located outside the changing rooms for men (so after shower you walk though the common area to reach the sauna, what?), and unfortunately the shower in the sauna area wasn’t working during my visit. There are two additional saunas on the second floor, but again there is no direct connection from the changing rooms, so you have to walk through the gym area in a towel and then use the stairs! In the 2nd floor, there is a small locker area provided near the swimming pool, but the lockers were not working properly when I visited. After using the sauna, you need to walk through the swimming pool area to reach the shower, which is not a textile-free area. I found the overall layout quite inconvenient and a little unusual compared with the other Holmes Place locations I’ve visited. I also didn’t see any Aufguss sessions during my visit, which are offered regularly at the other two locations, especially in the evenings. Hopefully some of these things can be improv

The overall experience at the gym is average. I wouldn't say it's really value for money, considering the condition of the equipment and the fact that the pool rarely works. But my main gripe is with the qualifications of the staff. I recently attended a Powerburn class that was described as "suitable for all levels". If that's true, why did I feel like I was having a heart attack after only 3 minutes of warming up? I had to leave the class because I felt sick, and I'm not a weak girl at all.

This place is full os mould! I am adding just the part of bathroom walls. Absolutely disgusting! This is not new it’s ongoing issue in this place and no one is taking care of this. When I asked to reduce my monthly payment the answer from Manager was NO. Pool was closed several times for the past 6 months. Not all saunas are working. Such a shame become location is very good.

Niche experience, but still I'd recommend the administration to watch a bit more out about the cleaning and friendliness of the Personal. What I really enjoy ist that it was no so crowded.

I love this place, thay have a full equiped gym, different kind of sport classes, a jacuzzi, separate and mixed Sauna for men and woman and even 2 small "private" ones. Personal could be more kind and friendly, they often a bit unfamiliar with the non members, like USC or wellpass visitors. Cleanliness is okay, understandable for such a big and crowded gym. Careful because recently they started renovations at the gym and classes area, worh it got VERY reduced, so double people/ half of the area. Still there is so many benefits at this place that makes it unique.
