Very Friendly and pleasant practice. Dr.Haverstuhl gave me sufficient time to examine, run tests and recommend treatment. Appointments are also timely and I highly recommend their practice.

I’m honestly still in disbelief after what was probably one of the worst doctor’s appointments I have experienced - and this was for my 6 year old daughter. The doctor’s approach was arrogant, hostile, and deeply unpleasant. Not once did he look me in the eye. He rushed through explaining what was wrong with my daughter, including mentioning a chronic issue (which naturally raises concern and questions), yet showed absolutely no patience when I tried to ask for clarification. It was a pretty horrific experience all around, especially with a child in the room. For anyone thinking this must’ve been a language issue, it was not. He spoke perfect English. This was purely about bad attitude, lack of empathy and professionalism.

Really good experience at this clinic. Friendly staff. Did all the needed tests. Doctor took his time to explain the diagnosis and the next steps. Totally recommended.

I actually went without an appointment (with a condition). Received kind reception, the waiting time was less than 30 minutes. Herr Doktor (Dr. Huverstuhl?) consistently explained his treatment also covering future care. I doubt the validity of the low rating. Thank you!

Dr. Huverstuhl was very kind. The staff was also good. He communicated really well in English and solved my problem efficiently. They accept TK insurance. I actually found them from the TK doctor search webpage.
