As many customers have already mentioned in the comments, staff behavior seems to be a recurring source of dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, I recently experienced this myself in a situation that felt completely unnecessary. During my visit, I found a sauce that a friend of mine really likes, and I got excited because I had never seen it available at HIT before. I simply wanted to take a quick picture to send to her and let her know she could now find it there as well. To my surprise, a male employee approached me and told me very abruptly that taking pictures was not allowed. At first, I genuinely thought there had been some misunderstanding, so I politely asked for clarification. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, the interaction became even more uncomfortable, with repeated comments that it was “not allowed.” Shortly afterward, a female employee also joined the conversation and repeated the same thing. I fully understand and respect that stores can have their own rules, and I would have had absolutely no issue complying if the policy had been communicated respectfully. They don't have self checkout terminals and in the peak hours you have to stay half an hour in the queue

Great variety of things, all in one floor so u don't have to go to multiple floors. Right outside it there is a cafe n döner place too, just in case of hunger pangs ;)

Supermarket. Quite expensive, but goods are always superior quality. Good meat and cheese sections. Single molt whisky and couple of good rum brands. Big assortment of popular beer brands.
