I had a bad experience with the receptionist. Their phone line is always busy and to cancel the appointment you have to go to the doctor directly and it cannot be cancelled via call or Doctolib.

To all people: never come here otherwise you will not only get sick but also angry I wished I checked on Google review and then I won’t waste my time The doctor is so far the worst and he directly yelled at me. The doctor should exist in the society not to mention to be a doctor. The appointment is made by my bf however it was just too urgent to book an appointment.

Very sympathetic doctor, speaks English and goes through everything throughout the appointment. Provides all the necessary information and is very professional. The waiting times can sometimes be longer but that’s fine. Plus, don’t agree that the employees are not nice, they‘ve been nice to me all the time.

It is hit or miss with most people I guess, but I am happy with the service here. Pros and cons so you can decide for yourself: + He is not in a rush, takes an extremely long time for a patient even with the simple cold + Does not over-complicate things, aims for simple solutions + Is nice in forthcoming - Waiting times, even with appointments (!), are looooong, in the range of hours (possibly due to the first point I mentioned)... but you can ask his aides to call you when your turn is close and go somewhere nearby (home?) - I am not sure how the keep it simple approach works for more complicated issues, but I don't have experiences myself
