I have room number five. In the summer i dont recommend, room is on Sunny Side all day, hot as sauna, it is second night i didnt sleep, there is no aircondition, if you leave opened window there is noisy main road with tram, cars, etc, tottaly noisy. If you want to have better clima in room you need to leave opened main door. So in short terrible. But in the winter or if outdoor temp is 18 or less is this place ok. You just hear all from house in room. Room dont have ventilation, if you leave bathroom ventilation on, you will smell stink from kanal.

Very disappointing experience. I canceled my reservation within the free cancellation period, and I even received confirmation that my booking was canceled free of charge. Despite that, the property refused to return my money and ignored all my messages. Their behavior was unprofessional and dishonest — I strongly advise others not to book or trust this place

Great stay! Beds are super comfy, showers are great, big lockers for storage, close to tram stops to get to the city, good heating and lots of windows for temperature control. Definitely recommend to bring ear plugs for sleeping as it's right beside a main street so it's loud with traffic throughout the night. Not having plug sockets near the bed is a little annoying, but easily solved with a power bank to charge overnight. The electronic cards are handy, but difficult to use if your phone battery dies during the day!

Water drains very slow. Kitchen is rather hidden, I didn't know it existed after several days, a sign on the entrance would help. A microwave and a mini fridge would be nice. Other than that, everything nice, clean and comfy.
