Located at Friedenstraße 12a, 93053 Regensburg, HEM Tankstelle operates as an autowäsche serving Regensburg in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as tankstelle, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

For anything on wheels, from a tyre change to a new vehicle, the basics apply: confirm the price up front, ask about the warranty on parts and labour, and get a receipt. Third-party insurance is compulsory, and the dealer will usually arrange the registration (Zulassung) and number plates for you. Busy periods are the tyre-change weeks in spring and autumn and the days before the summer holidays, and breakdown cover through ADAC or your insurer is worth having.

Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is Open 24 hours. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 0941 7059830. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, hem-tankstelle.de.

Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 648 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect before you commit to a visit.

Regensburg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around Regensburg is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.
