Cars in Germany need the main inspection (Hauptuntersuchung, by TÜV or DEKRA) every two years, and a workshop that handles it for you is worth keeping in your contacts. Ask for an itemised estimate before work starts, check whether the price includes labour and VAT, and ask whether original or aftermarket parts are used. A Vertragswerkstatt costs more than an independent workshop but keeps the manufacturer's warranty intact, and winter tyres are required whenever conditions are wintry.

Opening hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–7 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 0941 383000. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, best-r.de.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 893 reviews, which is a strong result for an autowäsche in Regensburg and suggests consistent service.

Regensburg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Went to Best Car Wash about 30 minutes after opening on a Saturday. The cashier stayed on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me for several minutes. When I pulled around for detailing, cars were already backed up and it appeared they were short-staffed. One employee spent more time texting than working, and no one seemed concerned about the customers waiting. I ended up leaving without getting my full detailed service completed. Waste of time and money. The last time I came, the detail job was also very minimal. This used to be my favorite place, but now I’m seriously questioning the quality and service.

I was disappointed with my recent experience. The exterior wash was completed quickly and efficiently, which I appreciated. However, the interior detailing did not meet expectations. Before the vehicle reached the pickup area, I opened the door and specifically pointed out areas that needed attention. When I received the car, those areas were still not cleaned. An associate then pointed to towels outside and suggested I wipe them down myself. If I have to finish cleaning the vehicle on my own, it defeats the purpose of paying for a full-service car wash.

First time here, and I liked it. Received coupons per email and saved about 15 euros. Everyone was friendly, and the carwash was good and quick. I'll come back.

Best Car wash on town with membership option so that you get discounted price as a regular customer. They have both self cleaning and cleaning service. The best car wash has a new service interior cleaning .. seems to be done in 20 mins. Havent tried it but was having a look at the cars that were cleaned. They are really doing good job.
