I went to see a doctor yesterday because I’ve had swelling and pain in my leg for weeks now. The doctor ignored my pain completely (I said it three times and she completely dismissed it. I told her about my family history and she told me that what I am talking about is a cancer patients’ issue only and would never happen to me (considering both my mom and grandma have it) There were 0 questions asked from her (I had to keep volunteering information) and the entire “examination “ barely lasted 5 minutes. When I told her at the end that my swelling and pain are real, she suggested I return in a few months to check again. Frustrating to say the least so will not be returning…

Hello everyone, I was in the praxis a few days ago with Abdominal pain and some other issues which were bothering me for quite some time. I was attended by Dr.Angelika ,she was very very warm very polite and patient. She took really good care of me and performed all the necessary tests with out any delay. The most important thing was she was empathetic and assured me well. The other team like the Lab and every one else were also very polite and helpful. Thank you the entire team and especially Dr.Angelika and Wishing you more and more Success. Would highly recommend this place.

Doctors are great! No issues at all. One woman in reception (with the long fake eyelashes) is one of the rudest people I've spoken with in a long time. Demeaning, condescending, totally unconcerned about anything you say, and almost completely unwilling to help. This is my 4th time talking to her. I waited before writing a review. I figured "maybe she's just having a bad day". Now I realize that every day seems to be a "bad day" for her. Why is she doing a job that involves talking to people all day when she seems to hate talking and hate people? Update: apparently, whoever manages their google presence tried to have this review taken down for "Defamation". Is this a regular thing for this practice to do, have negative reviews taken down by saying they're "defamatory?" Edit April 25': 1 extra star as the lady really seems to be trying harder to be more helpful and friendly. Keep it up!

Wonderful clinic in Schwabing. Everything was great about my experience: - Easy booking (online) with several time slots in the upcoming days/week - Friendly & helpful reception - Dr. Schäfer was fast & friendly Moreover the doctor and reception speaks English, and even if some employees don’t they make an effort to speak to you slowly. I can highly recommend this clinic!
