I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Dr Fleck and colleagues for taking good care of me. I came in in with no appointment and I couldn't speak German but I was able to get all the help I needed. Keep up the good work 🙌👍

The new doctor is either incompetent or negligent. I have no thyroid, it’s the most important information on my files, and bc my TSH was too low, instead of slowly prescribing me less hormones and checking to find the right dosage, this fool simply cut everything for 2 months! I learned afterwards that this is forbidden for patients without a Thyroid and she threw me in a horrible Hypothyroidism; I lost my energy, half of my hair, my heart was beating too slow, gained an absurd amount of weight plus other symptoms. Within a month I was already feeling terrible and went there to warn them, they simply wouldn’t give me an earlier Termin. I can only recommend this doctor to my very worst enemies.

Unbeliveable indifference to people's health. My parents came from Ukraine. While they were travelled to Germany they got Corona. They are aged people with various diseases (including heart). So, they are at risk group. They had to visit doctor to get review, possibly treatment plan and recipies for medications if required. This praxis accepted their visit, then rejected Krankenbehandlungsscheine by fax from Leistung-asyl, then they rejected original one by the post with argument that quarter is changed and new Krankenbehandlungsscheine is required. Finally, when new Krankenbehandlungsscheine has been sent to them, they assign new appointment 1 month later. And this is to people in the risk group. Basically my parents could not get appointment for more than 1 week and have to wait for 1 month more Praxis, shame on you!
