Everytime we go in this practice, we wait at least 1h in the waiting room. Today my wife got a delayed train, we live 1h30min away from the practice by train. We called asking if it was a problem to be 10 min delayed. We arrived at the practice, the people were very rude, screaming to us that my wife was delayed and irresponsible. More than 10 times we had to wait 1h in the waiting room and my wife and I lost 3hs by train. And the consultation was only for a vaccination. It could be done in 5 minutes. But they prefered to re-schedule it for next day. Next time, I will scream to the reception as well if they are delayed. I won't accept to be 1h in the waiting room anymore. EDIT: I got a call from the praxis after my review on Google, and we were happy with the solutions that they presented to us. So, my initial review of 1 star is edited to 4 stars. I would give five stars if I wouldn't pass the situation of today. I understand that usually doctors need time to talk and understand all the patients, and that can lead to delays on the next patients. But it's unacceptable that for a simple vaccination there isn't flexibility on their side for a 10min delay. I hope they talk to recep

My appointment was cancelled twice. For the third one I waited an hour, then gave up and left.

TLDR; absolutely recommended. Kind and welcoming staff ready to help. Some of them speak English and Spanish. I got my appointment by Doctolib for medical consultation and Flu vaccine, it worked great. They also answered all my emails quite fast (1 day or less).

The front desk staff was really rude!!! Teach your staff to be friendly to the patients! We are not here for fun! I will never come again Update: My prescription is supposed to be ready on Friday. I visited the Praxis on Wednesday (next week) but it was not ready and signed yet. I waited at the reception for 15 minutes. During this time, yes, I looked at my prescription, but I did not read anyone else's information. Whatever happens, your staff must be polite to the patients. She can inform politely about privacy and rules. “A satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all.”

I’ve been with this practice for almost 3 years now and I have 0 complaints. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and they do try to accommodate you in every which way, whether it is with flexible appointment times or with important health care needs. My doctor, Frau Dr. Brummund, has always been super professional and cordial, I’ve felt welcomed and comfortable every time I had a visit with her. All in all I can only recommend this practice to anyone who values quality and reliability in their health care provider. The pharmacy across the street is also a small bonus, it’s very convenient to pick up medication right after a visit!
