I had a confirmed slot through 116117 and brought the email. At reception, there was confusion about whether it counted as an appointment. I was asked to wait, then left waiting for over an hour. When I politely asked for an update, the response was dismissive and I was told to move aside without any clear explanation. I understand clinics are busy, but the communication and attitude at the front desk were unprofessional and made the experience unnecessarily annoying and stressful. Patients deserve clear information and basic respect. Definitely need to hire another person as receptionist
