Few days ago I was suffering throat pain, after examined by the woman doctor, she told me that i have bacterial infection and I just need to rest and asked me if i have pain killer, I answered that I don’t have,so she gave me Ibuprofen 600 mg to be taken when needed , then I told her why not giving me an antibiotic, she replied me with a very unexpected answer (No, No way, antibiotics don’t work on bacteria 🦠!), I was shocked actually and I don’t know how did she graduate from medical college!!.. after asking her for an effective medicine she accepted to write me a spray (Tantum Verde),which didn’t solve my problem after a week, then I decided to go another doctor which immediately wrote me an antibiotic and a cough syrup because my situation was getting worse.

The Doctor i(the man),is very unfrie ndly and disrespectful, i don't know his name but i sow him insulting one woman (a patient),in front of the other patients asking her to go out and go to another doctor, also the team on the reception are very unfriendly, but the woman doctor is the only normal person there

Checked in here two days ago with unknown stomach pain and severe diarrhea problems. The doctor told me to just go home and take normal headache pills and tablets for indigestion. At the end of the same evening my symptoms got so much worse and i had to go to the hospital emergency room(where i have been told that I should have not randomly taken ibuprofen at all)! On top of that when I shared my medical history when I got the similar symptoms in China, the doctor was so judgemental and condescending about the "Chinese approach".😒 I think it's totally unprofessional and unsympathetic for some of the doctors here to treat the patiens with their little care and German arrogance, especially when people (no matter where they are from)come to you with a lot of trust for bettering their health!! Imagine yourself going to other countries and being treated like this...

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have been to this place 2 days ago with severe symptoms and the doctor barely looked at my face, reluctantly listened to my lungs and sent me away without prescribing proper medicine. Today I went to a different doctor and found out I had bronchidis and I’m in a very bad shape.
