Ich bin schon seit Jahren Patientin dieser Praxis und fühle mich hier bestens aufgehoben. Alle Ärztinnen nehmen sich viel Zeit für einen und man fühlt sich verstanden. Die Arzthelferinnen sind jederzeit kompetent und hilfbereit. Der gesamte Praxisablauf - von Rezeptbestellungen über Termine - könnte aus meiner Sicht nicht besser laufen.

Ich bin schon seit einigen Jahren Patientin in der Praxis und fühlt mich dort wirklich gut aufgehoben. Man merkt, dass sich Zeit genommen wird und nicht einfach nur „abgefertigt“ wird. Gerade das ist mir persönlich sehr wichtig. Die Ärztin hört aufmerksam zu, geht auf meine Anliegen ein und erklärt alles verständlich. Auch wenn es mal voller ist, bleibt das Team freundlich und bemüht, alles gut zu organisieren. Für mich passt einfach das Gesamtpaket – fachlich kompetent, menschlich angenehm und eine Praxis, in die man ohne schlechtes Gefühl hingeht. Ich kann sie daher guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

So ein unkompetenter Fach team hat man noch nie in einer Arzt praxis gesehen. Rezeption ist so chaotisch stehst du erstmal 5 Minuten da bis die da ihr Tratsch unter einander fertig haben bis du gegrüßt wirst.. und des hatte nichts medizinishes. Des war irgendwas über Wochenende plane. Warte Zimmer stinkt. Ärzte sind so unhöflich. Bin da nur hin weil die Vertretung sind für mein normalen Hausarzt wenn die Urlaub haben. Werde nie wieder dahin gehen. Warte Zimmer stinkt wird nie gelüftet, und das team ist so unfreundlich. Gehst lieber in Klinikum. Die löschen auch Rezensionen. Sind ungefähr 20 schlechte Rezensionen die das team schon gelöscht hat. So eine lach Nummer echt. Ärztin scheint ziemlich arrogant zu sein. Hat nur 2 Minuten gedauert bis ich gemerkt habe, okay. Hir bekommt man keine gute Behandlung.

Pros: The doctor speaks English. Cons: location is far from the city centre. One of the old ladies at the front desk was rude & angry, was almost shouting to someone. Another young lady at the reception was helpful. 4 stars. Need improvements at the front desk area.
