Phenomenal service! Friendly, professional, and very competent staff, excellent workmanship and quality of lenses, expert advice, no pressure sales, and they have the latest technology for testing the eyes. And they speak English beautifully! Highly, highly recommended.

I had a very positive experience at Haus der Optik. One of my nose pads came loose, and I asked the staff if it was possible to replace the screw. They actually replaced both nose pads and the screws. Even though they didn't have the perfect screw size, the woman who assisted me kindly explained the issue to me, and I was still very happy to have a solution to my problem (and for free!).

The store is not cheap, but the quality is exceptional. My glasses are worth every cent spent on them. The service is delightful. The staff is attentive, helpful, willing to solve any problem and even be patient with my terrible German :) Highly recommend.
