Excellent, five stars! Great selection of glasses in exactly the niche I was looking in. I wanted something some professional but outstanding glasses and found the excellent middle in between. The eye test was the most comprehensive one I ever take and no comparison to the free ones you usually get. Some days ago I enjoyed Ace & Tate and I still suggest them depending on your needs and budget but if you want professional and grown-up glasses (besides an excellent general experience) I highly recommend this store to everyone who would like to spend a bit extra for superiority.

BIG RECOMMEND I had my first consultation today and it went so perfectly I almost cried 🥲😂💖 Never have I received this much care, useful information and overall professionalism around my eyesight and health. Jessica took her time with me and answered all of my 5000 questions patiently and concisely. Everyone was super friendly and warm, I felt very taken care of and welcome. I'm super excited about my next appointment and am so grateful I get to visit this opticians team, thank you so much!

My eye doctor referred me to Schöhelden for new eyeglasses to correct a problem I had after cataract surgery. I arrived in a bad mental state as I had been dealing with this for several months. After my examination, which took a long time, I left feeling like a new person. Apart from the thorough examination, which was done with great professionalism, I felt that they understood and really cared about my well-being. They have HEART! I can highly recommend Lars and his amazing staff.

What an excellent experience! Highly-qualified and English-speaking staff. I first came to have my contact lenses checked and the process was easy and very informative. I returned to be fitted for glasses and was impressed with the wide selection of frames and detailed information on types of lenses. My glasses were ready in two days! All credit cards except American Express accepted.

Honestly I can only confirm the other reviews here and also give 5 stars! The consultation for a pair of glasses and contact lenses (in German and English!!) was absolutely fabulous. When we came in we got a coffee and felt super well treated and attended to at all times. We’re super excited to go back and pick everything up. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience :)
